What printers do you repair?
We only accept Bambu Lab and Creality printers. We do not service other brands.
Can a printer be submitted for diagnostics without repair?
Yes, we conduct full diagnostics. During this process, we can also perform technical maintenance.
How much does the repair cost?
The price depends on the type of malfunction, the cost of spare parts, and the complexity of the work. A preliminary estimate can be obtained after a description of the problem or a photo/video of the malfunction.
How long does the repair take?
Usually 1–5 business days, depending on the complexity. Urgent repair is possible by prior arrangement.
The printer does not print / does not start
Possible issues with the firmware, board, or cables. We conduct diagnostics and resolve the malfunction.
Incorrect first layer adhesion / uneven layers
We check the calibration of the bed, nozzle, firmware, and the mechanics of moving parts.
Extruder issues
Cleaning the nozzle, replacing heat blocks or the extruder — are within our scope of work.
Firmware or sensor errors
We update the firmware and check all sensors.
Electronics / board malfunction
We perform board replacements and repair electronic components for the printer.
Payment and documents
- Payment is made upon completion of the work or by prior arrangement (cash or bank transfer);
- After the repair, the client receives a certificate of completion;
- A preliminary estimate is available after diagnostics.
