3D printers in a production farm

How to order printing on a 3D printer

Receipt of application

You send us a 3D model, drawing, or description of the part you need, specifying the quantity, color, and material.

Payment

After calculating the cost, we agree on the amount and terms. You make a full or partial prepayment to start printing.

3D printing

We print parts on a farm with 50+ printers, using FDM, SLA, DLP, or SLS depending on the task.

Finished product

After printing is complete, we take photos or videos of the finished parts for approval before shipping.

Send

You can receive your order via delivery within Ukraine or pick it up yourself. We guarantee careful packaging to preserve the quality of the parts.

Asked Questions

We answer common questions that arise before placing an order.

1. General Questions

How much does 3D printing cost?

The cost depends on the size of the part, material, printing technology (FDM or SLA), complexity of the model and required post-processing.

What does the price depend on?

  • volume and weight of the product printing
  • time type of material need for supports additional processing (sanding, painting, etc.)

Do you print 1 piece?

Yes, we produce both single items and serial batches.

What are the production times?

On average, 1–5 business days depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Urgent orders are negotiated separately.

2. FDM or SLA — which to choose?

What is FDM?

FDM is printing with plastic (PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, etc.).

Suitable for:

  1. functional parts
  2. enclosures
  3. technical items
  4. large objects
  • strength;
  • affordable price;
  • suitable for mechanical loads.

What is SLA?

SLA is high-detail photopolymer printing.

Suitable for:

  1. miniatures
  2. figurines
  3. jewelry models
  4. high-precision items
  • very high detail;
  • smooth surface;
  • ideal for decorative items.
3. About files and models

What format should I send the file in?

STL or STEP.

What if there is no 3D model?

We can develop a model from a photo, sketch, or drawing.

Do you check the model before printing?

Yes, we check the file for correctness and, if necessary, notify you about possible problems.

4. Which material to choose?

Material selection depends on the task:

  • for loads — technical plastics (ABS, Nylon, PA6-CF);
  • for decoration — photopolymer (SLA), PLA (FDM);
  • for general use — PETG.

Do the parts withstand high temperatures?

It depends on the material. Some technical plastics withstand 100°C and more. We select the material according to the operating conditions.

5. About quality and processing

Are layers visible after printing?

  • In FDM, layers can be noticeable;
  • In SLA, the surface is smoother.

Do you do post-processing?

Yes, sanding, painting, gluing, and other types of processing are possible.

6. Technical limitations

What is the maximum size of the product?

It depends on the printing technology:

  • FDM: we have a printer with a working area of 800 × 800 × 1000 mm, which allows printing large parts without dividing them into pieces;
  • SLA: the printer’s working area is 298 × 164 × 300 mm.

If the model exceeds the allowable dimensions, we can manufacture it in parts with subsequent professional joining.

What is the minimum wall thickness?

  • For FDM, we recommend from 1–1.2 mm (depends on the load);
  • For SLA — from 0.8 mm (depends on the geometry and purpose of the product).

For functional parts, parameters can be adjusted individually.

7. What technologies do you use?

We work with all main methods:

  • FDM/FFF — plastic PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, ASA, Carbon;
  • SLA/LCD — photopolymer resin with precision up to 25 µm.

8. Can I send my own model?

Yes, we accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files. Before printing, we check the model for errors (non-manifold, hollow shells, etc.).

If necessary, we optimize it for printing.

9. Are you involved in 3D modeling?

Yes. We create models based on drawings, sketches, photos, or physical samples. We work in Fusion360, SolidWorks, and Blender.

We can quickly make changes to models that have already been provided.

10. How long does production take?

Typical lead times:

  • Prototype — 1–2 days;
  • Batch production — from 3 to 7 days;
  • SLA or SLS printing — individually determined.

Rush printing is also available by arrangement.

11. Do you have post-processing?

Yes. We offer:

  • sanding, priming, painting;
  • polishing of transparent SLA models;
  • gluing, screwing, assembly;
  • decorative finishing for presentations.

12. Do you offer discounts for large volumes?

Yes, for serial production (from 500 pieces or 5 kg), individual prices apply, automated production through a farm of 50+ printers, and quality control of each cycle.

13. How is delivery carried out?

Shipping throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Delivery is free for orders over 1000 ₴.

14. Payment, documents, warranty
  • We work with individuals, LLCs, and sole proprietors;
  • Cashless payment by invoice;
  • Prices on the website are indicated without VAT (+20% VAT);
  • We provide all necessary closing documents.

We guarantee the product matches the provided 3D model.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the model itself.
